Project Overview
When Home Instead, High Peak appointed CCS IT Solutions in April 2021 as their IT management support provider, we carried out a fully comprehensive IT audit to establish what technology, devices and software were being used. We then provided our recommendations on how we could improve the overall network and IT Vulnerabilities.
Services and Process
Working within their budget and timeframe we upgraded their technology across the business, this included encrypting all devices to support remote staff and overall protect their business and its data.
