About
Set Produce has been established for over 25 years, providing grocery and fresh produce across the North West of England. With great pride in excellent and reliable customer service, Set Produce wanted to ensure their internal business processes mirrored this too.
Like many businesses, Set Produce depend significantly on its IT systems to run efficiently and securely and therefore CCS IT Solution was appointed to provide an IT infrastructure review.
Project Overview
Works began by carrying out a fully comprehensive IT audit of their software and hardware, data storage and security. This included:
- Analysing their current IT processes and systems
- Understanding any current IT challenges
- Evaluating processes, risks and controls
- NDA’s signed to protect both parties.
Process & Services
After providing a cost-effective solution and strategy CCS IT Solutions delivered the following:
- Installation of new ç
- Installation of Sophos Access Point extending the wireless coverage of their existing network
Installation of Sophos - Switch to allow enhanced security
Upgrade of device Hardware - Better utilisation of Office 365 to improve business productivity and secure data cloud storage
- Installation of a separate Sage Account Server
The Outcome
Set Produce now benefit from a robust and secure IT network, which is proactively managed and supported using our intelligent monitoring tools.They can also now work much more efficiently with better access to productivity tools within Office 365 to do their jobs more easily whilst having the reassurance that their data is being protected too.
